Summary of Thursday Network Leaders Meeting...

A network leaders should be no more or less than a person who actively...

1. Assists people in gathering together to explore what God has for them to do.

2. Encourages others to share testimony of God's work in their gatherings.

3. Prays for leaders to come to the harvest at the location where God has guided him/her.

4. Pursues a deep relationship with God, one that is founded on the holiness of God and His grace.

I know there are more, I would be currious to know what each of you think.

One of the points that was interesting to me is that there are different types of overseers in the gathering of God's people. First there are apostlic types (Not apostles, but ones that are sent out) who are mobile and then there are "people of peace" (stationary people) who minister to the community over the long haul. Which are you? I understand the concept.

I am tired and desire to hit go horizontal on a nice soft bed. I will blog more tomorrow. I feel like I should be reading the book, Good Night Moon right now. With four kids and having read that for each kid, I miss it tonight. :-)
