Are we Christians that will live the adventure or just read about it? The challenge is to live the adventure and let other people write about your adventures.
Foundation
We each have a choice as to how we will live life.
Life, in fact, is a flowing stream of conscious decisions that make up who you are.
In God's kingdom, who you are is more important than what you do.
What is a successful leader?
Faithful
Fruitful
Finishes Well
The only applause that counts is at the finish line. At the beginning of the race there is always a cheer and an applause, however the applause that counts is after you cross the finish line.

1. Perspective that focusses his/her energies on ministry strengths
2. Maintains a learning posture throughout all of his/her life.
3. Enjoys repeated times of spiritual renewal. We must always stop and ask the question, what is next Lord. What do I need to clean up or out?
4. Mentors others and is mentored him/herself. We do not need just one mentor to do what God has called us to do. It is a plurality of leaders speaking truth and wisdom into our circumstances and life.
5. Disciplines his/her own spiritual formation. They know how to discipline themselves for the spiritual walk. (Prayer, Word of God, Fasting, etc.)
